10,000 reasons to win for Craddock and George

WITH only five days till fight night, both the camps of ‘The Fighting Fisherman’ Kris George and Ozan ‘Crash’ Craddock are confident ahead of the upcoming bout.

Rumours are spreading that there is a wager from prominent businessmen of ten thousand dollars on each fighter.

Boxing Historian of 40 years, John Hogg has declared that “This is a classic fight for the ages, it’s as close as anything and I think George will be favourite through the early rounds but anything after 4 rounds I think Ozan will be hard to beat as he has experienced more rounds in the later stage. Either way what a great fight for Australian boxing and well done to both fighters for putting their undefeated records on the line.”

Craddock’s promoter Angelo Di Carlo has made his prediction clear that he believes his charge is too strong and will stop George within five rounds.

“Although we respect Kris and his camp, but we feel we have the fire power and the experience to do this.”

The event promoter and George’s manager Brendon Smith has said, “Don’t underestimate the fighting fishermen, he can punch and is an incredible athlete. I’m sure it’s a fight that not one person in the stadium wont be game to blink, especially with both fighters being such big punchers”

This fight will take place on the undercard of “Smithy Brings the Big Fights 6” which will be headlined by the return of Michael Katsidis “The Great” vs tough Indonesian Eddy Comaro.
 

The card will also see Filipino star and adopted Toowoomba boy Jack “The Assassin” Asis take on Indonesia’s Arief Bladder. As well as this undefeated local star and current WBC world youth featherweight champ “The Great White” Brayd Smith against dangerous Argentine Jose Saez.
