Live Stream Preview: Frank Bianco Cup ($9.99 PPV)

HISTORY will be made tonight, when Peter Maniatis Events hosts a historic four Victorian state title fights on the one card.

The eight-fight card will take place from the Malvern Town Hall in Melbourne, headlined by once-beaten middleweight prospect Michael Zerafa (16-1, 8 KOs), who will face late replacement Yodmongkol Singmanasak (12-14-1, 7 KOs) in the main event.

Zerafa, 23, was originally scheduled to fight Englishman George Hillyard, until the London-based middleweight withdrew himself.

The Craigieburn-based middleweight is looking to win his second consecutive fight following a competitive decision loss to the undefeated Arif Magomedov in Moscow, Russia last October.

Undoubtedly, the highlight of tonight’s program will be the four evenly-matched title fights.

Although it is difficult to gauge which of the four fights will be the most competitive, it appears likely that the middleweight title clash between once-beaten Mike Esganderi (5-1, 3 KOs) and Alex Don (5-0-1, 2 KOs) will be the fight to watch.

However, undefeated welterweight prospect Cameron Eyes (2-0, 1 KO) also has a battle on his hands in the form of Lewis Goodrich (4-1), who is looking to rebound from his lone professional blemish to former Olympian Todd Kidd last September.
