VIDEO: Nigel Benn talks Golovkin-Geale

 
IN a continuation of our first interview with British boxing icon Nigel Benn, Aus-Boxing was able to sit down with former WBC and WBO super middleweight champion to get his thoughts and opinion on the upcoming Golovin vs. Geale fight.

 
The Dark Destroyer rates Daniel Geale as a true champion, as he expressed his views on both fighters and gave his opinion on what Geale needs to do to beat Golovkin.

 
“Daniel Geale is a very good fighter – he’s a great ambassador for the sport,” said Benn in his exclusive interview with Aus-Boxing. “It will be a hard fight.”

 
“Golovkin has lead weights in his hands” “Relaxed, he’s very Calm” “So, so Strong” “(but) no one has actually taken him in the trenches yet”

 
“Daniel Geale is a strong fighter, he’s been boxing for a long time, he’s got good moves,” Benn explained. “Daniel has him on technique and skill as well.”

 
“Daniel’s been sparring with Sakio Bika who has very heavy hands – that’s gonna work well for him when he meets Golovkin.”

 
“He’ll be able to say I take Sakio’s punches I can take your punches as well,” he continued. “You gotta be smart to beat Golovkin and I think Daniel has the tools to do that”
